Paulo and his team at PR Fence just did a fence project for us that came out great. We weren't sure if we'd be able to do the entire project but Paulo laid out the plan and details and made us feel comfortable in doing the entire project in one go. I got a similar quote from another company, but went with PR Fence. Had a better feeling, loved the detail of the quote with diagrams, and they also had a quicker turnaround time. Very pleased with the result. I had an old wood fence at my home in Medford that needed replacing. They had beautiful product options, and clear, responsive communications (especially because I'm temporarily living elsewhere, so they were in touch by phone and email). They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they'd do and then some! There were a couple gaps in my existing vinyl fence that they built custom connections too, including this barrier gate along the side of my house (pictured). I was previously using a baby gate so my dog won't escape. Now, he's safer and the gate looks a million times more attractive. They even filled in a gap by cutting vinyl and installing in a spot we didn't discuss, but he noticed (and all of this included in the original quote). That's "above and beyond," as they say. Paolo and the PR Fence team get my highest recommendation. So solid.
PR Fence did a fantastic job repairing our existing vinyl fence. The were able to match the original look exactly, and provided us with new gates, which had been badly damaged. The result is a seamless, new look to our property. We will definitely work with them again! Thank you Paulo and David!

We just had vinyl fencing installed at our house. We wanted to close off our yard, as we will be adding a patio space. Our experience with PR Fence was awesome, from beginning to end. They came 3 days after I called and emailed us a PDF estimate that night. Everything itemized and explained. One of our sides had a significant slope, so they had to use a special slanted gate (for the 2 panel gate). They gave us an idea of how long it would take to order, etc. Now, the finished product looks awesome. Exactly what we were looking for. We really appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. There was also this huge rock that they dug up and moved...manually! Highly recommend them!!

Paulo and his team are a pleasure to work with. They took my ideas and sketches and made them a reality. We have a challenging site at our house and they made the most of it and did a great job on the fence and if I had any comments made fast, clean revisions. I would recommend PR Fence to anyone looking for anything from a standard to elaborate fence installation!
We had 100 feet of rusty, disgusting, old chain link fence replaced with 325' of feet of new, white vinyl fence in 2021. We got several quotes. PR Fence had the best pricing and availability. He came the same week we called to give us a quote. He also gave us a LOT of advice on which type of fence to choose and where to install it. His whole team was awesome. They came on time and when they said they would, and worked all day long to perfectly install a level and straight fence. They even washed down the fence after installing it so it was nice and shiny and clean when they were done! To top it off, they placed some grass seed in the dirt areas along the fence... couldn't even believe it!I should have written this review last year when they installed our fence, but I forgot. Then, in April 2022, there was a hole in our fence because of a storm. I emailed Paulo, and his team came and fixed the whole the same week - no charge. On top of it all, Paulo is just a genuinely good human - which made the entire process all the more enjoyable. We give them 5 stars - you will not regret working with Paulo!

Paulo and his team from PR fencing did a great job. They showed up on time and when the installation was scheduled. The workers were personable and did a good job of cleaning the site when they were done. Paulo was available before, during and after the work was completed as well as follow up questions weeks after the job was completed. Paulo was extremely professional and was able to install my 6’ privacy vinyl fence within 5 weeks of getting the estimate. PR was a little higher priced than some of other fence companies, but you get what you pay for. My fence is straight as an arrow, completely level, and he even came back to replace my gate at no cost since it rubbed a little on the ground. As I see other fences installed in my neighborhood, it’s clear I went with the right company in terms of quality of work.
Paulo and his crew were professional and easy to work with. Great communication as well. Paulo even made a mini temporary fence so our dog won't escape the yard by going under the house while we have work being done. When his crew cleaned up, they accidently grabbed our garden hose. Paulo brought it back and gave us an additional new hose with a coupler so we can now water the backyard. Overall, highly recommend PR Fence and hope to work with him again on future projects. Paulo and his team were absolutely fantastic. Paulo was very quick to respond when we first reached out initially for a quote and he was honest, thorough and his pricing was more than reasonable. He was able to get the job done more efficiently than anyone other company we spoke with and we are so glad we ended up going with his company. We are so pleased with the quality of the fence and his team worked very hard over a few days to get the job done in the time period that they had promised. We had a few little things we reached back out about months after the fence went in and Paulo was again quick to respond, thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the finished product.
